摘要
研究了不同的电池化成工艺参数对容量衰减的影响,试验结果表明,富液式Pb-Ca合金电池采用高温化成方式易出现早期容量衰减现象,采用低温化成工艺、低密度化成酸和电解液添加剂N,可有效地抑制早期容量衰减现象。
The influence of different container fohaon process parameter on premature capacity loss has been researched. Test results show that flood lead-acid bateries using Pb-Ca alloy with high temperature formation process suffer from premature capacity loss easily. The premaure capaity loss can be effectively restrained by applying low temperature formation process, low density formaion acid and electrolyte additive.
