摘要
针对重型柴油机尿素选择催化还原(SCR)后处理装置,提出了基于NOx传感器的闭环控制系统,介绍了该系统的硬件结构和控制策略。ESC和ETC循环试验表明,该控制系统能在不使用氨氧化催化剂的条件下使NOx排放和NH3泄漏量达到重型柴油车国Ⅴ排放标准。
A closed-loop control system based on NOx sensors is proposed for the urea selective catalytic reduction(SCR) after-treatment device of heavy-duty diesel engine with its hardware configuration and control strategy presented.Test results with ETC and ESC cycles indicate that the control system can make NOx emission and NH3 leakage meet the State-V emission standard for heavy-duty diesel vehicle without using NH3 oxidation catalyst.
