摘要 提出了采用海森矩阵近似迭代算法(DFP算法)的悬架运动学特性二阶区间优化方法。这种优化方法得到的悬架结构区间参数的中值和半径,既满足了悬架运动学特性优化的要求,又控制了其不确定性区间范围。作为这种方法的一个应用实例,对某双横臂独立前悬架的运动学特性进行优化。 A second-order interval optimization method using iterative approximation algorithm of Hessian matrix(DFP algorithm) is proposed for suspension kinematic characteristics.The interval mean and radius of suspension structure parameters obtained by the optimization method not only meet the optimization requirements of suspension kinematic characteristics,but also control the range of its uncertainty interval.As an real application example of the method,an optimization on the kinematic characteristics of a double wishbone front independent suspension is conducted.
