摘要
带式输送机在饼干生产线中运用最为广泛,而输送带的张紧问题是最常出现的问题之一,它常造成输送带打滑,运行不平稳,或张紧过度,降低使用寿命,增加成本。为有效解决这个问题,本文详述了带式输送机张紧机构在运转过程中的作用及设计、使用时的关键点,并提出了几种张紧机构的设计。
It is one of hackneyed troubles in working of the belt conveyer that how to tension the conveyor belt.It always make the belt hurt,make the machine not working well,and make the worse effect on working.The article introduces the reason and the function of the tension equipment,and give some keynotes about the tension equipment in the process of the design.
