摘要 通过田间试验研究了不同肥料配施对香料烟燃烧性和品质的影响。结果表明,随着钾用量的增加和肥料中硫的降低,调制后香料烟的化学成分趋于协调,感官质量明显改善,以复合肥与硝酸钾和硫酸钾配施的效果优于复合肥和硫酸钾的配施。随配施肥料中硫用量的增加,香料烟叶片中硫含量显著增加,阴燃时间显著降低。灰色关联分析表明,香料烟的阴燃时间与钾含量、钾硫比和钾氯比呈正相关,与硫和氯含量呈负相关,上部叶关联度排序为硫>钾>钾硫比>氯>钾氯比;中部叶关联度排序为钾>钾硫比>钾氯比>硫>氯。 Effects of combined application of different fertilizers on the combustibility and quality of oriental tobacco leaves were studied with field experiments.The results showed that with potassium rate increasing and sulfur rate decreasing in fertilizers,the contents of chemical components in cured oriental tobacco leaves were more reasonable and the sensory quality improved significantly.This series of effects by combination of compound fertilizer,potassium nitrate and potassium sulfate were superior to those by combination of compound fertilizer and potassium sulfate.With increasing sulfur rate in fertilizer,the sulfur content in cured oriental tobacco leaves were enhanced markedly,while the smoldering time distinctly declined.Grey relationship analysis on the experimental data indicated that the smoldering time of oriental tobacco had positive correlation with the potassium content,the ratio of potassium to sulfur,the ratio of potassium to chlorine,and it had negative relationship with the content of sulfur and chlorine.The order of grey correlation degree from high to low was as sulfurpotassiumratio of potassium to sulfurchlorineratio of potassium to chlorine in the upper leaf of oriental tobacco,and potassiumratio of potassium to sulfurratio of potassium to chlorinesulfurchlorine in the cutters of oriental tobacco.
