Preparation of 2,6-Dimethyl-5-Heptenal by Reactive Distillation

以甲基庚烯酮为原料,和氯乙酸甲酯进行Darzens缩合,再经水解、酸化、反应精馏脱酸合成2,6-二甲基-5-庚烯醛,反应总收率76.6%。

2,6- Dimethyl- 5 -Heptenal was synthesized from 6- Methyl- 5 -hepten- 2- one via Darzens condensation with methyl chloroacetate to give the corresponding α,β- epoxy ester, then followed by hydrolysis, acidification and decarboxylation. The process for the decarboxylation was been improved. The overall yield was 76.6%.
