Application of Mond Method in Pancreatic Enzyme Production of Pharmaceutical Enterprise

制药企业生产过程中大量使用各种危险化学品,事故时有发生。针对某制药厂胰酶生产工艺单元的生产现状,利用蒙特法(Mond)进行了评价。评价结果显示该评价单元综合危险度中等,在采取安全措施补偿后危险度为低,并根据评价结果提出了相关安全措施。评价结果对制药厂进一步创造良好的安全生产环境,提高安全生产业绩,有一定的现实指导意义。

Amounts of hazardous chemicals are used in pharmaceutical enterprise , in which the accident occurs frequently. According to actual situation of pancreatic enzyme production, Mond assessment were used to evaluate pancreatic enzyme production process unit. The results showed that the evaluated unit, which was dangerous, affter had been compensated by security measures and then its risk became less. Based on the assessment results, appropriate measures were taken for existed problems . the result could provide practical valuable guide to create a safe production environment and improve safety performance .
