基于AHP的成品油储备仓库安全评价

油库是储存油料的基地,目前,我国的石油储备形式不断的趋于大型化,因此,油库的安全评价变得越来越重要。客观正确地评价油库安全状况的前提是准确确定各影响因素的权重。本文运用层次分析法对成品油库进行评价,确定了影响油库安全的各主要因素的权重,根据实例应用证明,该体系能更全面、真实地反映成品油储备仓库的客观实际情况,根据评价结果来进一步改善成品油库环境的安全,也为成品油库提高安全管理水平提供了有价值的参考。

Oil store is the base of oil fuel reserve. Nowadays, forms of China＇oil store tends to become larger - scale. Therefore, the safety evaluation of oil store is becoming more and more important. The premise of asscess the oil store safety situation objectively and correctly is to determine the weight of each factor accurately. Used AHP to evaluate the oil store products and determined the weight of each factor which affected the safety of oil store. According to the certification of application examples, the system could objectively reflects the actual situation of oil store product warehouse more comprehensively, and develop the safety of oil store product environment based on assessment results, so that it would provide the woarthy references to improve the safety management standard.
