Seal Reformation of the 4L Propane Compressor Piston Rod

介绍了4L型丙烷压缩机的活塞杆密封改造。将传统三、六瓣密封改造为以聚四氟乙烯碗状密封片为阻流环、交错使用三瓣聚四氟乙烯斜口密封环和六瓣金属斜口密封环形成的组合式密封。实践证明,组合式密封成功解决了传统三、六瓣密封易于泄漏、使用寿命不长的难题,为同类设备的技术改造提供了借鉴。

Seal reformation of the 4L propane compressor piston rod was introduced. The traditional three - six flaps seal type was changed into the combined seal type. The combined seal structure is consisted of choke tings, oblique joint seal tings. The choke tings is PTFE bowl seal plate. The oblique joint seal tings have two different types： one is PTFE three flaps seal tings, the other one is metal six flaps seal tings. The different seal tings are arranged alternately. The practice showed that combined seal type was better that traditional three - six flaps seal type. It has a better seal property and a longer service life. The reformation provided a useful reference for similar equipments.
