我国先进制造业发展战略的PEST嵌入式SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Advanced Manufacturing Industry Development Strategy Adding PEST in China

发展战略是先进制造业研究的重要领域。本文采用战略管理中成熟的SWOT分析法,并结合PEST法构建了我国先进制造业发展战略分析框架,提出了进攻型、偏重防守型、防守型和适度进攻型等四种战略类型及其相应发展策略,并分析了四种发展战略的演化。

Development strategy is the important field in advanced manufacturing industry.This paper takes the mature SWOT analysis of strategy management,forms the analysis framework of advanced manufacturing industry in China by adding PEST,addresses four types of development strategy（attacking strategy,partly defending strategy,defending strategy,moderately attacking strategy）and its development tactic,and analyzes the movement of four types of development strategy.
