中西医结合治疗甲型H1N1流感26例

Twenty-six Cases of Alpha H1N1 Influenza Treated by Combined Therapy of Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察痰热清注射液联合奥司他韦治疗甲型H1N1流感的临床疗效。方法将确诊的50例甲型H1N1流感患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用奥司他韦抗病毒治疗,治疗组加用痰热清注射液静脉滴注,治疗3-10 d。观察并比较两组咳嗽消失时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为80.77%、54.17%,两组临床总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组咳嗽消失时间较对照组显著缩短（P〈0.05）。结论痰热清注射液联合奥司他韦治疗甲型H1N1流感能明显提高疗效,缩短疗程。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Tanreqing Injection,a patent traditional Chinese recipe,combined with oseltamivir in treating alpha H1N1 influenza.Methods A total of 50 patients diagnosed as alpha H1N1 influenza were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the two groups were treated with oseltamivir;additionally,26 patients in the treatment group were treated with intravenous drip of Tanreqing Injection.The treatment course ranged from 3 to 10 days in both groups.The clinical effects and the cough recovering time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 80.77%,being significantly higher than 54.17% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The cough recovering time was significantly shortened in the treatment group compared with that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tanreqing Injection combined with oseltamivir can improve clinical outcomes of H1N1 influenza,and shorten the treatment course.
