冠心宁合参麦注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛72例

Guanxin Ning Injection Combined with Shenmai Injection for Ustable Angina Pectoris: A Report of 72 Cases

目的观察冠心宁联合参麦注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将144例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各72例,两组均予以不稳定型心绞痛规范治疗,治疗组加用冠心宁与参麦注射液联合治疗,治疗1周后判定疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,心绞痛发作频率、全血黏度和血浆黏度显著低于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。但在凝血功能及心电图T波改变等方面两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在规范治疗基础上联合应用冠心宁和参麦注射液等具有活血化瘀作用的中药提取物有利于改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的病情。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Guanxin Ning Injection combined with Shenmai Injection,both of which are patent traditional Chinese medicine,in treating unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 144 patients with unstable angina pectoris were averagely randomized into control group and treatment group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatments for unstable angina pectoris;while those in the treatment group were additionally treated with Guanxi Ning Injection and Shenmai Injection.The treatment course for the two groups was 1 week.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The frequency of angina attack,and the levels of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05,or P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference in coagulation function and the changes of T-wave of electrocardiogram between the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatments,Guanxi Ning Injection combined with Shenmai Injection,both of which are extracts from Chinese materia medica for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,is helpful to the alleviation of unstable angina pectoris.
