应用诱变法筛选玉米抗草甘膦突变株系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为筛选出玉米抗草甘膦突变株系,采用物理诱变、化学诱变、理化诱变相结合方法处理玉米自交系112种子。通过调查不同剂量草甘膦水溶液的田间除草效果及对玉米8个自交系和7个杂交组合的喷洒效果,确定了田间筛选玉米抗草甘膦突变株系合适的喷洒剂量为0.9 mL/L。诱变结果表明,自交系112当代出现多种变异,物理诱变能明显降低株高和穗位,通过田间喷洒0.9 mL/L的草甘膦水溶液,从经过1万Rad+1g/L NaN3处理的112后代中筛选到抗性植株但自交未得到种子,让其花粉和自交系黄C授粉,最终从黄C×112的自交后代中筛选出2株存活并能正常生长发育的抗性植株。 Three methods of physical mutagenesis,chemical mutagenesis,and combination of physical and chemical mutagenesis were used to treat seeds of maize self-bred line 112,in order to screen out glyphosate-resistant mutant strains.The optimal spraying concentration(0.9mL/L)for selecting mutants was determined by investigation of effects of different glyphosate doses on weeds and maize in field.The results of mutagenesis indicated that many variations appeared in current generation of self-bred line 112 and physical mutagenesis could lower the stem height and tassel site evidently.Glyphosate-resistant plants were obtained from 112 offspring which was treated by ten thousand Rad and 1g/L NaN3 under 0.9mL/L glyphosate selection pressure,but seeds were not obtained from 112 selfprogeny.At last two glyphosate-resistant mutant strains could survive and had normal growth and development from selfprogeny of Huang C×112.
