摘要
以安阳市农业科学院2001-2008年谷子杂交育种过程中配制的杂交组合为基础材料,利用其中杂交后代所产生的不育株选育出一些雄性不育系,并对这些不育系进行了授粉结实性及F1育性可恢复性测定。结果表明,不育株在杂交组合后代中出现的概率为21.7%,其中不育性可得到较好的遗传,占不育组合数目的25.8%。授粉结实性测定表明,各不育系均可接受外来花粉授精结实,可应用于常规育种杂交组合配制。F1育性可恢复性测定表明,各杂交组合全部恢复可育,但恢复程度不同,恢复度较高的可应用于谷子育种。谷子品种间杂交选育雄性不育系用于常规育种杂交组合配制,可解决谷子人工杂交难的问题,是一条可行的方法和途径,同时可为谷子杂优育种积累雄性不育材料。
The hybrid combinations of millets were bred by Anyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2001 to 2008 and some sterile lines were produced in their sterile offspring.The pollination trait of these lines and fertility recoverability of F1 hybrids were determined.The results showed that sterile plants were 21.7% probability in the progenies,and the sterile combinations of good heritance accounted for 25.8% of the total sterile combinations.Pollination tests showed that all of the sterile lines could be fertilized by foreign pollen and seed,which were applicable in the preparation of conventional breeding combinations.The fertility recoverability tests of F1 hybrids showed that they all recovered fertility,but with different degree of recovery.The hybrids with a higher degree of recovery could be applied to millet hybrid breeding.Selection of male sterile lines by hybridizing millet varieties for conventional breeding crosses was a feasible means to solve the problem of difficult artificial hybridization of millet,and to accumulate male sterile materials for millet hybridizing breeding.
