摘要
利用"实践八号"航天育种卫星搭载豫芝11号、日本黑芝麻、郑芝D15、郑芝05N01和郑芝06ms030芝麻品种(系),对其SP2、SP3世代进行性状诱变效应试验研究。结果表明,SP2各材料均表现为生育期较对照缩短3~11 d(郑芝05N01除外),株高增加26.0~134.9cm(郑芝06ms030除外);SP3生育期较对照延长1~11d(郑芝D15除外),株高增加9.6~60.7 cm。豫芝11号、郑芝D15和郑芝06ms030在SP3世代平均单株产量、单株蒴数及千粒重均较对照明显增加,分别为1.66 g、73个、0.116 7g,是适合航空诱变育种材料。此外,SP3出现分枝、茎秆颜色分化、蒴果形状分化等现象。
Shijian-8 of Yuzhi No.11,Japan black sesame,Zhengzhi D15,Zhengzhi 05N01 and Zhengzhi 06ms030 were conducted to the space breeding process with satellite Shijian No.8.Mutagenic effects of SP2、SP3 were studied in present paper.The results were as following:Growth stages were shorter(3-11d,except Zhengzhi05N01),plant height were higher(26.0-134.9cm,except Zhengzhi 06ms030)of SP2 than CK.Growth stages,except Zhengzhi D15,and plant height of SP3 were longer than CK,the increment was 1-11d and 9.6-60.7cm respectively.Yield per plant,capsule per plant and 1000-seed-weight of Yuzhi No.11,Zhengzhi D15 and Zhengzhi 06ms030 were increased evidently than CK.The results indicated that this three cultivars should be the proper cultivars for space mutagenic breeding.
