摘要
研究了正火和回火温度及时间对T91 钢的金相组织和力学性能的影响。试验结果发现该钢种具有抗高温回火稳定性。正火温度对钢的组织和性能影响很大,适宜的加热温度范围很窄。温度过高,会出现混晶和粗晶现象,导致室温和高温性能下降。而温度偏低,则合金元素固溶不充分将导致钢的各项性能下降。
The effectoftem perature and tim e ofnorm alizing and tem pering to the m etallurgicalstructure and m echanicalproperties ofT91 steelw as studied.The follow facts w ere discovered:T91 steelhas good stability of resisting high tem perature tem pering. While the tem perature of norm alizing w illsignificantly affect the m etallurgicalstructure and m echanicalproperties ofT91 steel,the suitable heating tem perature range is very narrow . If the tem perature is too high,the m ixed crystal and coarse crystal w ill occur in the m etallurgical structures and the room -tem perature properties and high tem perature properties w illbecom e w orse,w hile the tem perature is too low ,the alloy w illnotsolute sufficiently and the overallproperties ofthe T91 steelw illal- so getw orse.
