An Institutional Economic Analysis of "China Wonder"

"中国奇迹"的真正原因来自于经济自由主义,就是从计划经济转变为市场经济。一是市场秩序,形成所有经济个体之间的自由自愿的交易规则;二是产权界定到个体。这两点支撑了我们改革开放以后基本的制度框架,正是这种制度框架,导致了中国经济奇迹。

The real reason for ＇＂ China Wonder＂ comes from economic liberalism, i.e. the transformation from planned economy to market economy. First, the market order is formed, i.e. the rules for the free and voluntary trading among all economic entities; second, property right is defined to individuals. These two aspects constitute our basic system framework after the reform and opening. It is the system framework that led to Chinese economic wonder.
