摘要
主要研究谐振直流环节零开关损耗变频器的组成与实现。采用了一种具有电压应力低,电压过零时刻和宽度可控等特点的电路拓扑结构,分析了其工作原理和参数配合问题,并通过仿真及实验证实了方案的可行性。
The circuit configuration and realization of a resonant DC link inverter with zero switching loss are described in this paper.A circuit topology with low voltage stress and controllable zero voltage time instant and width is used. The principle and parameters are analysed.The feasibility of proposed circuit and control strategy are proved by simulation and experiment.
