摘要
开关电容DCDC变换器的输出功率受电容网络中电容取值及开关频率的限制,电容器的集成是开关电容DCDC变换器集成的关键。提出一种并联单元电路的方法,获得了较大的输出功率,并避免了大面积电容的集成。它为其他类型的开关电容变换器的单片集成问题的研究提供了一个基本思路。
The output power of the switched capacitor DC DC converter is restricted by the capacitance of the series parallel(SP)capacitors and the switching frequency.As a feasible efficient method proposed to fabricate monolithically integrated converter with high frequency and high output power ,we parallelly combine several basic circuits in which the SP capacitance is optimized for the maximum output power.The elementary theory,research methods are also suitable to the other kinds of SC converters.
