摘要
对新一代智能化IGBT驱动模块SCALE-2的关键技术与SCALE-1进行了对比分析。重点对其短路保护原理和脉冲丢失检测提出了驱动器的应用要点,并给出内部电路原理图与实测波形。
The key technologies of the new generation of intelligent IGBT drive module SCALE-2 were compared and analyzed with that of SCALE-1.The application of the driver in short-circuit protection and pulse loss detection was put forward,and the internal circuit diagram and the practically measured waveform were given.
