摘要 缓蚀剂已成为防腐蚀技术中应用最为广泛的方法之一。其中有机型缓蚀剂具有良好的缓蚀效果和较高的经济效益,成为缓蚀剂研究的热点。聚合物缓蚀剂易在被腐蚀物表面形成单层或多层致密的保护膜,因而相对于低分子缓蚀剂而言具有高效、持久和环保等优点,已成为当前缓蚀剂领域的研究热点之一。目前,伴随环保意识的增强以及人们对生活品质的高要求,开发绿色环保型高分子缓蚀阻垢剂具有重要意义。文章就缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理和对环境无污染的高分子缓蚀剂的制备类型以及发展趋势进行了综述。 The use of inhibitors is one of the most practical methods for corrosion prevention. In the inhibitors, the inhibitor of organic compounds offers good corrosion inhibition performance and high economic benefit, and therefore has become the hot point of research. It has advantages high activity, long - term efficiency and being environmentally friendly because the nonolayer or muhilayer compact protecting films are formed on the surface of the substrate as compared with the low molecular corrosion inhibitors. With increased environmental awareness and high requirement of life quality, it is significant to develop environmentally friendly polymer corrosion inhihitors. The mechanisms of the polymer corrosion inhibitors and the preparations of contaminant - free inhibitors as well as development tendency are described.
