摘要
目前注水系统现状存在的问题主要是注水井堵塞、泵井压差大、各个小层吸水不均匀、低效泵注水和注水泵效低等。注水系统存在的问题包括油井分布零散、注水井布局不合理、同一区域由于地质条件不同而注水差异大,注水井压力差异大、注水系统设备老化和自动化程度低等。该文以低渗透油田注水系统为背景,从注水参数、注采井网适应性、调剖决策施工工艺技术、分压注水工艺和限压注水工艺方面对优化注水工艺技术及效果进行了系统的分析,并提出几点认识。
The existing status of water injection system are the blocking of injection water wells, greater pump well pressure difference, un - uniform water absorption, low - efficiency of water injection pumps and low - efficiency of water ejection. The existing problems of water injection system are randomly scattered oil well, inappropriate water well distribution, different geological conditions, big difference in water injection in the same area, great pressure difference between injection water wells, equipment aging and low automatic control level of water injection system, etc. The water injection optimization and results are systematically analyzed in respect of water injection parameters, adaptability of injection water wells, construction process, pressure - based water injection process and pressure - limit water injection process etc. Several recommendations are proposed.
