石夹克技术在长输管道岩石地段的应用

Application of Gravel-jacket Technology in Installation of Long-distance Pipeline in Rock Area

简要介绍了国外一种新型的长输管道防腐蚀技术———石夹克技术,结合国内常用的防腐蚀涂层,与石夹克在技术与费用上进行了分析对比,指出石夹克技术是目前在长输管道岩石地段既能够有效达到管道防腐蚀功能,又能保护管道防腐蚀涂层在施工过程中不被损坏的最佳方法。

An overseas state - of - the - art technology for corrosion protection on long - distance pipelines - - gravel - jacket technology is introduced. The technology and costs of the technology are analyzed and compared with those of application of common domestic coatings. It is concluded that the gravel -jacket technology provides a most effective measure for preventing the pipeline from corrosion as well as for protecting the pipeline coating from being damaged in installation.
