摘要
中国石油哈尔滨石化公司加氢改质装置在使用过程中,发现该装置的反应器馏出物管道上的引压接管和主管道连接角焊缝发生泄漏。借助金相分析、光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱等手段对管道材质、裂纹形态、扩展方式以及断口表面进行了分析。结果表明:该馏出物管道开裂是由于焊接质量问题造成的应力腐蚀开裂。
In the operation of hydro - upgrading unit in PetroChina Harbin Petrochemical Company, the angle welds of reactor effluent piping and main pipeline leaked. The metallurgy, forms of cracking, the promulgation and fracture surface were analyzed. The results have confirmed that the pipeline cracking is stress corrosion cracking caused by welding quality problem.
