摘要
精细化管理模式虽然已经在煤炭企业中得到了大力推广,但都未能将精细化思想、现场管理与信息化三者有机结合在一起,尚未形成完整、全面、统一的管理模式。基于信息技术,在精细化思想的指导下,结合神华神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿自身现场管理的实践,构建了煤矿企业现场管理的精益生产模式,为煤炭企业现场推行精细化管理提供了一种新的思路与方法。
Although the refined management have been applied to the coal mines,but failed to combine refined thinking,local management and information based together,and not formed a complete,comprehensive,the unified management frame.Based on the information technology,under refined management instruction,unify own site management practices,Shenhua Shendong coal group Daliuta coal mine conceive a new management model of site management,provide a new idea and method for coal mines carrying out refined thinking.
