摘要
目的:观察糖胃康对DGP大鼠非酶糖基化终产物(AGEs)的影响。方法:将60只大鼠分为模型组、正常组、对照组、糖胃康高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,模型组、对照组及糖胃康高、中、低剂量组分别给以高热量饮食喂养,正常组大鼠予标准饮食喂养。1月后糖胃康高、中、低剂量组分别以浓度为48 g/kg、24 g/kg、12 g/kg药液10 mL/kg灌胃;模型组,正常组给予等量生理盐水灌胃。对照组每天糖脉康灌胃,10 mL/kg。8周后Brownlee法测定大鼠胃平滑肌AGEs含量。结果:糖胃康各治疗组、模型组和糖脉康对照组大鼠胃平滑肌AGEs含量均明显高于正常组(P<0.01);糖胃康高、中、低剂量组及糖脉康对照组大鼠胃平滑肌AGEs含量均显著低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01);糖胃康中、低剂量组与糖脉康对照组组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);糖胃康高剂量组大鼠胃平滑肌AGEs含量明显低于糖胃康中、低剂量组和糖脉康组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:糖胃康有显著抑制DGP大鼠非酶糖基化终产物的作用,且呈一定的量效关系。
Objective: To observe the effects of Tangweikang on the advanced glycation end products (AGEs) of DGP rats. Methods: 60 rats were divided into 6 groups: model group, normal group, control group, high, medium and low dosage of Tangweikang groups respectively, 10 rats each group. Rats in the model group, control group, high dosage gruop, medium dosage group and low dosage group were fed with high-calory food while those in the normal group with standard diet. One month later, rats in the high, medium and low dosage of Tangweikang groups were respectively given intragastric administration of Tangweikang with concentration of 48 g/kg,24 g/kg,12 g/kg; rats in the model group and normal group were given equal quantity of normal saline, and in the control group with intragastric administration of Tangmaikang with concentration of 10mL/kg every day. AGEs contents of gastric smooth muscle were determined with Brownlee method after 8 weeks. Results : AGEs contents of gastric smooth muscle in the high, medium and low dosage of Tangweikang groups, the model group and control group were higher than that in the nor- mal group (P 〈 0.01 ) ;while that in the high, medium and low dosage of Tangweikang groups and the control group were lower than that in the model group(P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). There was no significant difference between medium, low dosage of Tang- weikang groups and control group(P 〉 0.05). The contents of gastric smooth muscle in rats in the high dosage of Tangweikang group were obviously lower than those in the medium, low dosage groups and control group ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) ; Conclusion : Tangweikang can remarkably inhibit the production of AGEs of DGP rats and there is a certain concentration-effect relationship between them.
