摘要
文章用热力学原理分析了牛仔服的"雪花洗"工艺条件,提出了高锰酸钾原位酸性"雪花洗"工艺方法;探讨了高锰酸钾浓度、pH值、时间、载体种类和载比、成衣含水率、解漂剂的种类与用量对"雪花洗"风格的影响,确定了较佳的工艺配方和工艺条件。实验表明高锰酸钾原位酸性"雪花洗"工艺方法具有高锰酸钾稳定、速度快、重现性好的特点,亚硫酸氢钠脱除MnO2的效果与草酸相当,但对织物强力的影响更小。
This article analyzes process condition of snow washing of jeans by thermodynamics,puts forward process methods of situ acid snow washing by potassium permanganate,discussed influences of potassium permanganate concentration,pH,duration,vector types,load ratio,clothes moisture rate,types and dosage of un-bleach to styles of snow washing,and determines proper process formulation and process condition.Experiments show that process methods of situ acid snow washing by potassium permanganate have features of stability,velocity,good reproducibility.Effect of removing MnO2 by sodium bisulfate is equal to oxalic acid and the former has less influence of cloth intensity.
