摘要
设计是基于美国Microchip公司的PIC16F877单片机为中心的一套对异步电机断相、不平衡、轻载、过流、堵转、短路等常见故障具有综合检测保护功能的智能电机保护器。设计的基本原理就是监测电机运行时的三相电流和电压参数,通过对这些参数进行分析,获得电机的工作情况,为做到实时保护电机提供准确的参考信息。
The design is based on the United States Microchip PIC16F877 microcontroller as the central company to design a set of the lack of phase,unbalanced,light load,over current,locked rotor,short-circuits detection and other common fault protection with integrated intelligent motor protector.The basic principle of this design is to monitor motor run time of three-phase current and voltage parameters,through the analysis of these parameters to obtain the motor work,to achieve real-time protection of the motor to provide accurate reference information.
