浅析农村土地流转后劳动力转移问题——以山东省莱芜市为例

On the problem of labor transfer after land circulation in rural areas——taking the Laiwu city in Shandong province as an example

劳动力转移问题关系到新农村建设的健康发展,关系到农村经济增长方式的转变和城乡统筹的推进。文章结合具体实际,指出了新时期莱芜市土地流转后农村劳动力转移所遇到的问题及原因,并从完善社会保障制度等方面提出了相应对策。

The problem of the transfer of labor force is related to the healthy development of new rural construction,the change of the pattern of rural economic growth and the promotion of the co-ordination between urban and rural.Combined with specific conditions,this paper points out the problem and its reason when Laiwu transferred its land and shit its labor force in new period,and proposes correspongding countermeasures from the view of improving the social security system.
