摘要
信息既是经济资源,也是社会管理的对象。政府是信息的最大拥有者,那么政府与经济主体、社会主体间的关系自然也是信息时代最不容忽视的关系,它们之间的关系一定程度上反应了信息社会的结构特征。
Information is not only economic resources but also the object of social management.Government is the largest owner of the information,so the relationship between government and economic subjects,social subjects must be the most important relationship can not be ignored in information age,and the relationship between them to some extent reflects the structural features of the information society.
