摘要
浇注系统是注塑模具结构设计中一个极为重要的组成部分,其几何形状及结构尺寸设计得合理与否,直接影响聚合物熔体在模具通道中的流变特性及填充效果,进而影响最终塑件的成型质量与模具整体结构设计的复杂程度。主要探讨主流的浇注系统设计技术、方法以及应用,分析注塑模具的主流道、分流道、浇口等基本结构以及功能,并在理论分析和经验总结的基础上,给出设计推荐参数和设计原则。
The feed system is the most important part of plastic injection mould.Its geometry shape,dimension have obvious effects on rheological property and filling result.Furthermore,they also affect the final product quality and the complex level of mould structure.The technology,method and application of the plastic injection mould were discussed.The structure and functions of the primary runner,sub-runner and feed system were analyzed.The design parameters and design rules were given base on the theoretical analysis and the experimental data.
