摘要
分析常用的单球芯梭阀的不足,设计一种采用双球芯结构的新型梭阀,并利用AMESim仿真软件建立该新型梭阀的仿真模型,仿真分析其行程-时间曲线和速度-时间曲线。仿真结果表明:新设计的梭阀,可以防止不同油液之间的二次污染,并且可以减小油液腔的泄漏等。
The deficiency of some commonly used single-core ball shuttle valve was analyzed,and a new type of shuttle valve using dual ball structure was designed.The simulation model of the new shuttle valve was established by AMESim,and its travel-time curve and speed-time curve were simulated.The simulation results show that the new shuttle valve can prevent secondary pollution between the various oils and can reduce the leakage of oil cavity.
