Development on Experiment System of Process Equipment and Control Based on IPC and PLC

从教学和工程实际需求出发,基于工控机和PLC设计了一套集过程控制、自动化、测控于一体的过程装备控制综合实验系统,介绍该实验系统的硬件组成和控制台的设计。利用该装置可进行多个专业实验,使学生在学习工程理论的同时,可以亲身感受到过程装备控制的实现和先进技术的应用,激发了学生对专业课程的学习热情,提高了学生的动手能力和创新思维能力。

By the requirement of teaching and engineering practice,based on IPC and PLC,a suit of experiment teaching instrument was designed,which related to process control,automation,survey and control and correlative specialties.The designs of hardware structure and console of this experimental system were introduced.The system can be used to carry out many specialty experiments.By the instrument,when learning engineering theory,students can know the actualizing of process equipment control and the application of advanced technology.This stimulates their enthusiasm in specialty courses study and enhances their practice capability and creative thinking.
