摘要
针对钢制无缝气瓶,开发出一种基于PLC的超声波在线检测设备。分析了该设备的主要功能,给出了系统的机械结构方案、电气控制系统方案和软件控制流程。该在线检测设备能在很大程度上提高生产自动化程度、节约成本、提高效率。
A PLC-based ultrasonic online detection device was developed for seamless steel gas cylinder.Its main functions were analyzed.The mechanical structure solution,electrical control system solution and software control process were presented.Using this device,the degree of production automation is increased,cost is reduced and production efficiency is improved.
