精神科住院患者洗手依从性影响因素及管理对策

Influencing Factors and Management Strategies of Hand-washing Compliance in Psychiatric Inpatients

目的了解精神科住院患者洗手依从性的影响因素,从而制定出有效的管理对策,以预防控制医院感染,确保患者安全。方法对2009年10月-2010年6月我院70例精神科住院患者的洗手行为进行观察,之后从中随机抽取25名患者,对其进行手部卫生学检测,并综合分析观察和检测结果。结果 70例精神科住院患者饭前洗手者12例(17.14%),便后洗手者6例(8.57%);检测随机抽查的25例患者,洗手前手卫生合格率为零,洗手后手卫生合格率为20%。结论精神科住院患者的洗手依从性差,手卫生合格率极低。应加强宣传教育和采取合理的管理措施来提高精神科住院患者洗手的依从性和质量,降低医院院内感染的发生率。

Objective To know the influencing factors of hand-washing compliance among psychiatric inpatients,and to develop effective management strategies for preventing and controlling nosocomial infection and ensuring the safety of the patients.Methods The hand-washing compliance of 70 psychiatric inpatients from October,2009 to June,2010 was observed,and then 25 of them were randomly selected to detect hand hygiene.The observation and detection results were comprehensively analyzed.Results Among 70 inpatients,12 inpatients（17.14%） washed their hands before having meals and 6 inpatients（8.57%） washed their hands after going to toilet.Among the 25 randomly selected inpatients,the eligibility rate of hand hygiene before washing hands was 0%,while that of after washing hands was 20%.Conclusions The hand-washing compliance of psychiatric inpatients is poor;moreover,the eligibility rate of hand hygiene is very low.It is necessary to strengthen health education and take reasonable management measures so as to improve the hand-washing compliance and quality of psychiatric inpatients and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
