宫腔毛刷在不孕症中的应用

Application of Uterine Brush in Infertility

目的探讨宫腔毛刷在不孕症诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析保定市妇幼保健院2009年12月-2010年10月诊治的不孕症患者186例的临床资料,利用宫腔毛刷进行子宫内膜检查的94例作为观察组,进行诊断性刮宫的92例作为对照组,结合病理检查,比较两种方法对不孕症患者子宫内膜病变的诊断情况。结果观察组的标本满意率为96.8%,对照组的标本满意率为98.9%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的诊断情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔毛刷具有简单、方便、准确性高、微创性、能够反复进行操作、可接受性好的特点,值得临床关注。

Objective To explore the application value of uterine brush in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods The clinical data of 186 patients with infertility from December,2009 to October,2010 in Baoding Maternal and Child Health Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.94 patients examined by uterine endometrial brush were served as observation group,and 92 patients with diagnostic curettage served as control group.Combined with pathological examination,the diagnosis data of endometrial lesions in the patients of the two groups were compared.Results The specimen satisfaction rates of observation group and control group were 96.8% and 98.9% respectively,and no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The diagnosis data of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Uterine brush has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,high accuracy,minimal invasion,repeated operation,and good acceptability of the patients.It is worthy of clinical attention.
