摘要
目的探讨聚焦超声单次治疗慢性宫颈炎的有效性和安全性。方法采用CIF型聚焦超声治疗仪,对1 226例慢性宫颈炎患者选择聚焦超声治疗。根据治疗后的临床症状、体征的改善情况,进行统计学分析与临床评价。结果聚焦超声单次治疗后随访到1 226例患者,临床症状基本缓解,其中痊愈678例(占55.30%),显效410例(占33.44%),有效138例(占11.26%),无效0例。治愈率与糜烂面积及深浅程度有关(P<0.05)。治疗后均未见有结痂和疤痕形成。结论聚焦超声单次治疗慢性宫颈炎效果显著,副反应及并发症少,是目前治疗宫颈炎一种很有效的方法。
Objective To explore the validity and safety of focused ultrasound（FU） in the single treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods Totally 1,226 patients with chronic cervicitis were treated with FU.Statistic analysis and clinical evaluation were conducted according to the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs.Results All the patients treated with FU had their clinical symptoms remitted,including 55.30%（678/1,226） of full recovery,33.44%（410/1,226） of marked improvement,and 11.26%（138/1,226） of improvement.The cure rate was associated with the area and depth of cervical erosion（P〈0.05）.Neither scab nor scar was left after the treatment.Conclusions The effect of FU in the single treatment of chronic cervicitis is significantly valid,with less side effects and complications.FU therapy is an effective method to treat cervicitis currently.
