文心兰花期及花形态结构研究

Morphological changes associated with different flowering stages of Oncidium variety Milliongolds

【目的】确定文心兰品种的花期及花形态结构特征,为其花期调控提供科学依据。【方法】以百万金币文心兰为材料,对文心兰的花期和花形态结构进行调查。【结果】百万金币文心兰花期为2月下旬-11月下旬,盛花期在8-9月;花序平均长70.2cm,平均宽25.0cm,具有典型的兰科植物花器官特征,如较大的唇瓣、明显的合蕊柱等。【结论】百万金币文心兰具有典型兰科植物的花期及花形态结构特征,且基本上周年开花,盛花期长,盛花率高。

[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to study the morphological changes associated with flowering stages of Oncidium to provide basis for regulation of flowering stage. [Method]The flowering stages and the growth and development in Oncidium flower variety Milliongolds were investigated. [Result]The flowering stage of Oncidium was observed from the late February to the late November, while the blooming stage was found in August and September. The average length and width of inflorescence were recorded as 70.2 and 25.0 cm, respectively. The flowers showed typical characteristics of Orchidaceae floral organs such as large lip, observable column pillar, etc. [Conclusion]The variety Milliongolds had typical flowering stage and morphological structure of Orchidaceae flower and is in flower annually with a longer bloom stage and higher bloom rate.
