摘要
针对现有的三相永磁直驱风力发电机可靠性不高,连接并联变流器时易产生环流,不能实现变流器的串联等问题,提出了一种新型直驱多相永磁同步发电机结构。这种新结构多相永磁同步发电机能够提高系统的可靠性,方便变流器的串、并联,解决了三电平变流器中点电压脉动的问题。本文以3.5 kW 6相12绕组永磁同步发电机为例对这种电机进行了设计研究,通过有限元仿真和样机试验验证了这种电机的确具有这些优势。
A new type of permanent magnetic direct-driver synchronous generator with multip-phase structure was proposed.The relization of system is strengthed by a new design,which can be connected to converter in series and parallel easily,and mitigated the pulse ripple of voltage on three-level converter neutral line.A synchronous genertor of 3.5kW with six-phase and 12-winding was designed in this paper.Finaluy the superiority of the new design was tested and verified by means of finite-element simulation and prototype test.
