摘要
电磁驱动器是用脉冲或交变电流产生磁行波来驱动带有电枢弹丸的发射装置,利用驱动线圈和电枢间的磁耦合机制工作,本质上是一台直线电动机。热损耗影响电磁炮的效率和性能,驱动线圈内过高温升会降低线圈的机械强度和绝缘材料的绝缘性能影响其使用寿命,甚至会烧毁线圈,所以在提高线圈炮初速和射速时必须考虑温升的影响。分析了线圈炮结构原理及发射原理,在单级感应线圈炮机电模型基础上建立了单发瞬态温度场数学模型,根据传热学原理建立了驱动线圈多发稳态等效热路模型以计算线圈内部导热。
Coil gun is launcher which utilizes magnetic traveling wave produced by impulse or alternating current to drive projectiles with coil or magnetic material,essentially is a linear electric motor.The heat wasting affect coil gun's efficiency and capability,high temperature of driving coil will reduce its life,indeed burnout coil,and when enhancing firing rate,we need calculate effect of temperature rising.This paper analyze coil gun's structure and launch principle,have established single shoot wink state temperature field math model,have established repetitious shoots steady state equivalent heat circuit model of driving coil to calculating inner temperature.
