摘要
利用有限元模型对线性压缩机领域所使用的一种动磁式直线电机进行了分析,建立了电机等效磁路模型并推导出了推力表达公式,分析了电机参数对于电机性能的影响,并在此基础上研究了气隙磁场的特点,分析了永磁体长度对于电机行程的影响。该分析结果为电机的进一步优化设计奠定了基础。
The finite element model was used to analyze moving-magnet linear motor.which is suitable for linear compressor,the equivalent magnetic circuit model was established and the expression of driven force was given,the influence the motor parameters gave to motor performance was analyzed.The characteristics of air gap magnetic field was studied,and the influence the length of the permanent magnet gave to the motor trip was analyzed.These results laid the foundation for the motor's further optimization.
