摘要
在研究和开发空调用直线压缩机的基础上,提出了一种新型双动子直线振荡电动机。采用等效磁路法建立了其电磁场数学模型,分析了其系统振动特性。重点推导了这种新型直线振荡电动机主要结构和性能参数的计算表达式,分析和讨论了合理选择这些参数的要求和范围。样机试验与性能仿真分析表明,此种设计方法是可行的。
A new-type linear oscillatory motor with two divided moving body was presented on the basis of linear air-conditioner compressor research and development.Its mathematical model was established using equivalent magnetic circuit method,and its system vibration performance was analyzed.The computational expressions of its main structure and performance parameters was emphatically deduced,and Request and scope of those parameters was analyzed and discussed rationally.Model designing and performance simulating demonstrates that this new designing method is very feasible.
