摘要
无刷直流电机具有交流电机结构简单,运行可靠,维护方便等优点,又具有直流电机那样良好的调速性能而无机械换向器等优势,得到广泛应用。针对大多数无刷直流电机位置伺服系统采用的是PID控制方式,此控制方式存在系统参数发生变化或带有非线性负载时,其稳态输出特性变差,难以获得满意的控制效果的情况,本文在分析无刷直流电机的模型后,提出一种能根据跟踪误差大小,利用模式切换开关自动切换到PID控制或滑模变结构控制的智能控制方法,从而实现无刷直流电机转子转速的快响应、低超调和高精度控制。
The brushless DC motor has some AC motor advantages in the simple structure,reliable operation and convenient maintenance,and also has the DC motor advantages that good performance of speed and no mechanical commutation,so it is widely used.For most of the brushless DC motor position servo system uses a PID control mode.With this control mode the steady-state output characteristics would become poor when system parameter changes or with nonlinear load,and it is difficult to obtain satisfactory control effect.After analyzed the model of brushless DC motor,this article presented an intelligent control method that can utilize mode switch automatically switch to PID control or sliding mode variable structure control according to the tracking error size,so as to realize the brushless DC motor rotor speed quick response,low overshoot and high precision control.
