摘要
对某电厂除灰泵进行了水击压强及反向转速的计算与分析。计算结果表明:水泵突然停转时,水击压强会损坏水泵壳体;反向转速安全。建议加强壳体。
This paper describes calculation and analysis on the pressure set-up by the water-hammer phenomenon and turning back speed of pump for the ash - water pump set in power plant.The outcome indicates:the pressure raised by water-hammer will crash the pump body as the pump suddenly stops;the turning back velocity is safe to the pump.We recommand that the body of the pump must be reinforced.
