猪流感传统疫苗发展概况

摘要 猪流行性感冒(Swine influenza,SI),简称猪流感,是由猪流感病毒(Swine influenza virus,SIV)引起的一种猪的急性、热性和高度接触性呼吸道传染病。它不仅引起病猪高热、食欲减退、咳嗽、呼吸困难及出栏时间延迟等.而且极易引起其他病毒和细菌的混合感染[1],使疫情变得更加严重。
