摘要
介绍了西气东输二线管道工程用钢板和钢管标准对母材分层缺陷的要求。分析了目前钢板超声波自动探伤设备的配置和在钢管焊缝两侧发现的母材分层缺陷类型,比较了两种超声波自动检测方法对母材分层缺陷的检测效果。结合钢板的轧制过程和分层缺陷的常见类型,提出了对现有钢板超声波探伤双晶直探头的分布进行调整的改进思路。实际检测结果表明,调整后的检测方式保证了钢板板边横向和纵向母材分层缺陷的有效检出,提高了检测的灵敏度和准确性。
In this article,it introduced the requirements to base metal lamination in steel plate and steel pipe standards used for the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project,analyzed steel plate automatic ultrasonic inspection equipment configure and defects types of base metal lamination which were found on two sides of weld,and compared inspection results of two kinds of methods.Combined with common lamination types and steel plate rolling process,it put forward improvement method for adjusting double-crystal normal probe layout of steel plate ultrasonic testing.The actual inspection results showed that the inspection mode after adjustment ensured the effective inspection for transverse and longitudinal base metal in steel plate edge,increased inspection sensitivity and accuracy.
