摘要
以甜瓜雄全同株和雌雄异花同株近等基因系为试验材料,选用300条随机引物进行性型性状的RAPD标记.结果表明:S152号引物经多次重复均能扩增出清晰、稳定且有差异的DNA条带,在雄全同株的植株中能扩增出一条分子量约为550 bp的特异条带,标为S152550.在F2代分离群体中,根据特异标记在田间实际雄全同株与雌雄异花同株各单株的表现计算得该标记与该性型性状的重组率为11%.
In order to explore the DNA molecular marker of melon sexual character,near-isogenic lines of andromonoecy and monoecy were used as materials to select RAPD marker with 300 random primers.The results showed that a 550 bp band was amplified from andromonoecy by S152 primer,which makerd as S152550.The recombination rate between the marker and the sexual character was 11% according to the results of the marker was in andromonoecy and monoecy or not.
