摘要
应用Pro/E软件建立了4UM-1型马铃薯收获机参数化模型,完成了马铃薯收获机的装配.在ADAMS中对马铃薯收获机进行了动态仿真研究,得到了振动筛质心、前端点及后端点的位移、速度和加速度的变化曲线.结果表明:通过对马铃薯收获机的收获机理的分析,得到收获机的最佳运动参数范围,为低损伤、强分离型马铃薯收获机的研制提供了理论依据.
The parametric model of 4UM-1 potato harvester was established and the assembe of potato harvester was accomplished with Pro/E software.Based on the software of ADAMS,simulation model of 4UM-1 potato harvester was found,the kinematic and dynamic curves of shaking sieve were obtained.Through the analysis of the harvest mechanism,the optimal motion parameters scope of potato harvester was gained.Thus the theory basis for development of low damage,strong separated type potato harvester was provided.
