摘要
通过人工冰冻处理和电导法测定了美国黄松、奥地利黑松、花旗松和油松4个针叶树种在不同低温条件下的电解质渗出率,然后用Logistic方程进行配合,求算组织的半致死温度。结果表明,花旗松耐受低温能力强,组织半致死温度-20.6℃,美国黄松耐低温较差,半致死温度-10.7℃,奥地利黑松与油松接近,居于二者之间。花旗松针叶组织的束缚水含量及其与自由水比值最大,抗性强;美国黄松自由水含量高,束缚水与自由水比值小,抗性弱。综合比较结果,花旗松抗寒性最强,美国黄松最弱,奥地利黑松和油松居中。
The cold resistance of Ponderosa pine,Austrian pine,Douglas Fir and Pinus tabulaeforms were determined with artificial freezing method and conductometry.The results showed that the cold resistance of Douglas fir was the strongest in the four species,with LT50-20.6 ℃.The cold resistance of Ponderosa pine was weaker than the there,with LT50-10.7 ℃.Austrian pine was similar to that of P.tabulaeforms.The bound water content,bound water / free water ratio of Douglas fir was very high.The free water content of Ponderosa pine was high,and that bound water / free water ratio was the lowest in the the four.The cold resistance of the four was in the order of Douglas fir〉P.tabulaeforms,Austrian pine〉Ponderosa pine after comprehensive comparison.
