不同栽培基质对广西火桐幼苗生长及净光合速率的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以广西火桐(Erythropsis ruangsiensis)1年生苗木为试验材料,选用园土、石灰土、酸性红壤为栽培基质,研究不同基质及施用基肥对广西火桐苗木高、地径、叶绿素、叶面积,生物量及光合速率的影响。结果表明,不同基质间在N、P、K、有机质等营养成分含量上有极显著差异,园土相对于石灰土和酸性红壤而言营养比较丰富而全面,石灰土次之,酸性红壤最差;生长于园土上的苗木在各项生长指标、生物量指标及净光合速率上均优于生长于石灰土和酸性红壤上的苗木,达到极显著水平;基质中添加基肥可消除广西火桐幼苗在3种基质上的生长指标和生物量指标方面的差异。 Annual seedlings of Erythropsis kwangsiensis were planted in the garden soil,lime soil,acid red soil to examine the effects of different substrates and base fertilizers on seedling height,basal diameter,chlorophyll content,leaf area,biomass and photosynthesis rate.The results showed that there existed very significant difference in the nutrient contents of different substrates,such as N,P,K and organic matters.Compared to the lime soil and acid red soil,the nutrients of the garden soil were rich and comprehensive,the acid red soil was the worst in nutrients.The indices of various growth and biomass and the net photosynthesis rate of the seedlings which grew in the garden soil were better than those in the lime soil and the acid red soil.The application of base fertilizer could eliminate the differences in the indices growth,biomass and the net photosynthesis rate.
